Data Grid

Click a table or view in the explorer to open its rows in the data grid. You can find, edit, import, and export data without writing SQL.

Browse

Rows load one page at a time. Use the arrows in the status bar to move between pages, and change Limit to load more rows per page.

Click Columns to hide columns you do not need. Press Alt R (web) or ⌘ R (desktop) to reload the data.

Filter and sort

There are three ways to narrow the rows:

  • Filters: add one or more conditions, each with a column, an operator, and a value.
  • Sorts: add one or more sort columns, each ascending or descending.
  • Condition bar: type a SQL condition such as status = 'active' AND id > 100 and press Enter.

You can also right-click a cell to filter by its value (=, ≠, IS NULL, IS NOT NULL) or to sort by its column.

Query preview shows the exact SQL the grid sends, which you can copy into the SQL editor.

Edit rows

  1. Double-click a cell to edit it. The cell is marked as changed.
  2. Add a row with Alt N (web) or ⌘ ⇧ N (desktop), or duplicate an existing one from the right-click menu.
  3. Delete rows from the right-click menu.
  4. Press Alt S (web) or ⌘ S (desktop) to save all pending changes in one go, or discard them with Alt ⇧ D / ⌘ ⇧ D.

Nothing is written to the database until you save.

The right-click menu also sets a cell to NULL, to an empty value, or to the column default.
