Use the public issue tracker for bugs and feature requests so other people can find them. Use this form if your question is private. The tracker is on Github.

Do you store my database credentials?

No. Database credentials, queries, and table contents stay on your device. This contact form only stores the name, email, subject, and message you submit.

How soon will I hear back?

We read every message and reply as soon as we can. For product bugs, GitHub is usually the fastest path because the conversation stays next to the code.
